Our competitor’s prefabricated designs are limited in scope and will not be customized for your unique needs. Typically customers need a customized shed to fit into a particular space, and “boxed” sheds cannot accommodate their needs. We Use the Highest Quality Materials Available

Quality sheds are built to be durable and stand the test of time. Our designs feature floor materials that are heavier. Our pressure-treated 4″x6″ substructure is topped with 12-inch, center-spaced, 2″x4″ floor joists. Compared to our competitors, our materials are much stronger. Quality Sheds are built with a strong reinforced floor system that prevents the floor from sagging. To give our sheds structural strength that nobody can match we use a 2″x6″ roof truss system. Our sheds are also attractive, finished with an eave and fascia board on all four sides. Other companies construct their sheds without eaves, or only two. At Quality Sheds, we definitely live up to our name.

Outdoor Pool Cabana Los Angeles

One of the popular uses of our sheds lately is as a pool cabana. This solution includes design features like a French door as well as siding and roofing to match the house. Pool cabanas are popular for use as a changing room that can save homeowners from wet feet and clothing tracking into the house when the swimming is done. In this construction we were able to complete this building very close to a retaining wall in order to accommodate the customer’s desired location.

8×12 Lean-to Storage Shed Los Angeles

This Quality Sheds structure was built for a residential customer with a very limited space. No commercially prefabricated shed was going to fit into this space so the customer came to us for a customized solution. The customer wanted to maximize the space he had available and still ensure that the shed matched the existing structure and drained water effectively away from the adjacent building. We developed a solution that met all of his needs and we accomplished the on-site construction in only one day. The completed shed includes a large shed door for easy access, a unique high gable roof that drains water away from the building beside it and provides extra interior height for storing tall items.

This attractive shed was built to provide an outdoor creative studio for the owner.  It includes a “nine light” door and large window that provide ample lighting and the siding and roofing match the owner’s house.  This shed was strategically placed alongside a low retaining wall and just beside a tree.  This installation is an example of how Quality Sheds works with the owner to maximize space and to place the building within the existing features of the property.  This is also an example of how our pressure-treated substructure enables us to build directly on the lawn when that is what the customer wants.

This beautiful shed building shows how well Quality Sheds can integrate our structures into your yard.  We built a slab for the shed and a walkway to the door and placed the structure against the back fence to use as little of the yard space as possible.  This building includes dual windows to let in natural light and a solid door for security.  Another design feature that this photo illustrates is the special stucco siding that we can install to match existing stucco structures.
