Quality Sheds Ten-Year Limited Warranty

Quality Sheds, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that your Quality Sheds storage building is free of defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery and installation and that Quality Sheds, Inc. will repair or replace any components which do not provide reasonable service under normal use for a period of ten years (10) from the date of purchase.  Repair or replacement of the component(s) or workmanship in question, which upon examination by our representative is deemed to be defective, shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Quality Sheds, Inc. under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by fire,  flood, water, earthquake, earth movement, wind, hail, vandalism, act of God,  accident, or other event which is customarily covered by homeowner’s insurance.  The warranty does not cover damage cause by misuse, abuse, alteration,  neglect, or improper maintenance.  Quality Sheds, Inc. will not be liable for the natural characteristic of some wood to split, crack, warp, or twist.

Claims under this warranty must be made within sixty (60) days after the defect is discovered.  Proof of purchase is required to redeem this warranty.

Concrete: Concrete installed by Quality Sheds, Inc. is covered by this warranty, however, there is no warranty against cracking, peeling, or pitting of concrete, regardless of when it occurs.

Note: Economy Series sheds are not covered by this warranty.
